CRM Program Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The CRM Program Manager will lead strategy and execution for email, push, and SMS communications that increase customer engagement in the home and mortgage space. This role will manage lifecycle campaigns from planning through measurement, using performance data to improve customer communications.

What You Will Do

Lead lifecycle strategy and execution for email, push, and SMS campaigns across the Home vertical, launch new CRM campaigns, improve existing programs, and identify opportunities to scale successful approaches.

  • Experience delivering communication programs at an enterprise scale
  • Experience measuring campaign performance and using results to guide campaign decisions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and analytics
  • Experience managing multiple CRM or digital communication initiatives with overlapping deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
