Role Overview

Experian is a global data and technology company seeking a Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in their growing EMAP Data Science team. The successful candidate will combine expertise in programming, data engineering, statistical modelling, machine learning, and Generative AI to transform data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and deliver innovative data science solutions that address complex business challenges and create measurable value for clients. Evaluate and acquire new data assets, develop new product prototypes, provide sales support and consultancy, analyze and document large datasets, apply machine learning and data mining techniques, and design analytical solutions for internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python
• Understanding of data structures and their applications in marketing, risk, and customer management
• Familiarity with regression models, XGBoost, neural networks, SVM, and ensemble methods
• 3+ years of experience in defining scope and delivering customized analytics projects
• Expertise in advanced algorithms to solve practical business problems
