Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, the Financial Analyst supports the accounting activities, month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and accurate financial reporting. The role also contributes to compliance and regulatory requirements as needed.
What You Will Do
Manage general ledger accounts and prepare monthly/annual financial reports, own the month-end close process for balance sheet and P&L accounts, prepare and present budget-to-actual and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience
- Working towards CPA designation (preferred)
- Advance Excel skills
- Experience in identifying, investigating, analyzing, and reporting variances
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
