Role Overview

As a Business Consulting – Finance – FP&A – Manager, you will combine deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve clients’ most pressing challenges. You will coordinate and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management, while driving continuous process improvement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds, consistently delivering quality client services by monitoring progress, and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in professional services/industry
• 4 years of combined industry and/or consulting experience in financial planning and analysis
• 2 years of experience in consulting and/or advisory capacity delivering FP&A transformations, including process improvements, EPM solutions, and/or business intelligence solutions for large scale global organizations
• 3 years of experience partnering with FP&A leaders to translate business challenges into improved planning/forecasting processes and reporting for leadership insights
• 4 years of experience in strategic planning / long range planning, annual operating planning (AOP) / budget, and forecasting
• 3 years of experience working with EPM platforms
• 4 years of experience in deconstructing complex issues and leveraging financial data to drive insights
• 2 years of experience leveraging modern data, analytics, and AI platforms to design, validate, and govern FP&A use cases
• 4 years of experience managing complex finance transformation projects on time and on budget
• 4 years of experience managing finance professionals in a team environment
