Role Overview

The role involves leading end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) workstreams, assessing and redesigning operating models, processes, and organizational structures, and developing and delivering transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• MBA or CPA a plus
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design
• Controllership or FP&A operations
• Consulting experience strongly preferred
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills
