FP&A – Global Client & Industry – Associate Director

FP&A – Global Client & Industry – Associate Director role in EY GDS Poland involves supporting the EY C&I organization, providing financial analysis and modeling, and promoting collaboration across Finance with other functions.

Requirements

• Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (i.e., Accounting, Finance).
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate financial management and financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement solutions independently.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning to financial data.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with EY reporting tools (e.g., FR, Revenue Analyzer, ThoughtSpot).
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A global mindset and ability to thrive in a multicultural, virtual team environment.
