GTM Content Delivery Support-Associate

You will contribute to the delivery of impactful go to market content and sustenance of the trusted content collection. Work closely with a global team of content professionals to help ensure content requests are fulfilled accurately and on time, while developing your skills in content management, user experience, GenAI and collaborative working.

Requirements

• Sustain the health and relevancy of EY’s trusted collection of go to market content by executing assigned content activities
• Use available tools and GenAI to complete assigned tasks and contribute to improvements in quality, usability and consistency
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues, seeking guidance where necessary to ensure timely fulfilment of requests
• Assist in testing and release activities for content management tools and workflows
