Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis – Finance Business Consulting

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be part of the Business Consulting Finance team, working on projects aimed at improving business performance and realizing digital financial transformations. You will develop financial and integrated business plans, generate relevant management information, and use advanced analytics to improve management decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include advising on FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation, and Digital Finance. You will independently manage BPR&A solutions, design scalable solutions, and work with C-level stakeholders to enable CFOs to work more data-driven.

Requirements

• Experience in consultancy and expertise in FP&A, or as EY calls it: Business Planning, Reporting & Analytics (BPR&A)
• Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., EPM, data platforms, ERP systems)
• Insight into KPIs and metrics used in BPR&A
• Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in finance and operations
• Full command of Dutch and English
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to structure and work out high-quality deliverables
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams of (senior) consultants
• Experience in managing multiple assignments and stakeholders, exceeding client expectations, budget management, and risk management
• Strong skills in financial support tools such as MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with planning tools, SAP SAC and/or SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft BI, ServiceNow, HighRadius, and BlackLine is a plus
