As a Customer Success Manager at Eye Security, you’ll take full ownership of a diverse and strategic customer portfolio and design and execute success strategies to drive long-term value.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Tech-savvy and experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similar environment is a plus
