What You Will Do
Manage Canadian People Operations, administer global learning programs, and maintain accurate employee data and compliance evidence across shared systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a closely related role
- Direct experience supporting Canadian employees and working with Canadian payroll, benefits, and employment administration
- Experience using an HRIS and maintaining reliable employee records, workflows, and reports
- 2-5 years experience administering an LMS or coordinating learning programs
- Experience administering learning and development, compliance training, mentorship, or other structured learning programs
- Experience managing recurring, deadline-driven processes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Proven project and program management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment, reliable follow-through, and comfort working in a remote, international, and evolving environment
- Proficiency in utilizing AI assistants to draft policies, optimize workflows, and scale your impact
