Fairmarkit is seeking a Growth Account Director to drive expansion within its existing customer base, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities across accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving upsell, cross-sell, and expanding revenue
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and comfortable owning renewals and pricing conversations
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive relationships
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with CS, Sales, and Product
- Data-driven and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
