AgCountry Farm Credit Services seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and all aspects of product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ customer service experience and an Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related major. As a facilitator of the customer journey, you will establish strong relationships with customers, prospects, team members, and visitors through phone, in-person, and digital channels.
