Role Overview
The role is a leadership position in marketing analytics and testing, responsible for providing vision and leadership to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decisions through data analytics and data science.
What You Will Do
The job functions include overseeing marketing analytics and testing, leading and coordinating the full funnel learning agenda, using data and analytics to recommend ways to optimize campaign effectiveness, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements and prioritization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- 10+ years of related experience required
- 3+ years leadership experience required
- P&C insurance experience preferred
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to use advanced statistical/Machine Learning concepts
- Familiarity with at least one statistical/modeling package
- Familiar with data management programming SQL
- Excellent organizational skills
- Develops and delivers effective presentations
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
- Possesses a high degree of initiative
- Intellectually curious, impact-driven, persistent, and is confident with sharing opinions and recommendations
