Role Overview

The Reporting and Analytics Manager will lead a data analytics team, partnering with leaders to identify business needs for data analysis and providing insights to guide decision-making. The role involves building reports, analyzing data, and using advanced statistical models.

The manager will lead a team of business and data analysts, manage ad-hoc and project analysis requests, and deliver high-quality analytics and reporting to business and executive audiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Insurance designation
• Minimum 5 years experience in data analytics, qualitative analysis, process improvement, and project management
• Three- Five years people leading experience
• Experience with predictive modeling, data extraction, relational database concepts and query tools
• Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake technical stack
