Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Requirements

• One to two years of related experience in produce sales preferred
• Two years of previous inside sales or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment
• Data entry velocity and accuracy a must
• High energy and enthusiastic personality
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
• Self-starter. Must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job
• Driven, team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment
• Basic computer literacy skills are required, including but not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
