Role Overview

Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and be the initial contact with current and prospective customers. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You will work with customers in various ways and build long-lasting relationships.

Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. Work with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business. Prospect for new business and network for sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail or counter sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and able to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
