The Digital Sales Manager will lead and expand digital revenue in the Burlington, VT / Plattsburgh, NY market, leveraging Hearst’s industry-leading tools, data, and cross-platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and cross-platform media
- Experience generating revenue through new business development and account growth across multiple platforms
- Ability to create persuasive presentations, respond to RFPs, and align solutions to client goals
- Knowledge of pricing strategy and inventory management to maximize revenue opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients, agencies, and internal teams
- Ability to coach, support, and collaborate with sellers to drive team performance
- Experience supporting negotiations and contributing to successful client agreements
- Ability to manage priorities, support forecasting, and contribute to revenue growth
- Proficiency with WideOrbit, Kantar, and One Domain or WO Media Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile
- Related military experience will be considered
