Requirements
- Significant FP&A leadership experience within a complex, multi-entity or group environment
- Strong track record of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and senior stakeholder business partnering
- Proven ability to drive change: redesigning processes, implementing new tools, and building scalable financial infrastructure
- Advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insight
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in FP&A or strategic finance
