The Digital Marketing Associate will lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns to drive audience engagement and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, and ensure effective promotion of products and experiences across digital channels.
What You Will Do
The Digital Marketing Associate will own the marketing strategy of experiences, build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences, create successful performance digital marketing campaigns, work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms, a proficient level of English, a marketing background, and a desire to work in Madrid and evolve in Fever.
