Role Overview

As Global Head of Sales Enablement, you will lead the development and implementation of sales enablement programs to support the growth of Fever’s Business Development team. You will work closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to define how world-class sales performance is built and scaled across Fever.

What You Will Do

Design and lead Fever’s global onboarding program, transform sales methodologies into structured training programs, build certification frameworks, and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness. You will also work directly with Business Development teams, partner with managers to identify performance gaps, and establish coaching frameworks.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting, strategy, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales leadership, commercial excellence, or revenue operations
  • Passionate about sales, coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience building scalable enablement programs in fast-growing organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial execution
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and performance management
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with AI tools, Salesforce, Tableau, and modern sales technology stacks
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive change across global teams
