What You Will Do

In Revenue Operations, you’ll own the numbers behind our distribution strategy end-to-end: you decide which products we push, where, and how — and you have the analytical firepower and business judgment to back it up.

Requirements

• Engineering background — a must.
• 3–5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments.
• Strong business and commercial acumen: you connect data to revenue impact and can defend a strategy to stakeholders, not just build a dashboard.
• A sharp analytical toolkit: experimentation/A-B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, unit economics and business-case modeling.
• SQL (basic knowledge required) and a track record of reliable, automated dashboards.
• Process-improvement mindset and excellent stakeholder management — you influence without authority.
• Fluent English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
