Associate Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Associate Financial Analyst will support the group with daily reserve computation and monthly net capital reporting, and will work closely with internal teams to research and resolve exceptions, maintain process documentation, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

The role will involve monitoring critical balance movements, performing reconciliations, ensuring data completeness and accuracy, and contributing to ongoing enhancements that strengthen reporting controls and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strategic thinker who can take an end-to-end view of an issue and develop multiple solutions
• Advanced experience with various software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization
• Flexible, self-motivated individual
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple detailed processes in a time-sensitive environment
