Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in leading Business Strategy, Product Development, Digital Banking, Fintech, or Partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market intelligence and data
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment in Uganda’s fintech and financial services sector
