Senior People Operations Specialist

Figure is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to manage all aspects of people operations, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role involves creating structure out of ambiguity and building scalable processes. This is a highly visible and hands-on position for someone passionate about building a strong employee experience.

Requirements

• Lead HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation.
• Oversee performance review processes and goal setting.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement.
• Manage performance review processes, goal-setting, and professional development programs.
• Develop and manage HR systems.
• Work with recruiting and hiring managers.
• Track and analyze people metrics.
