Requirements
- Develops and executes a comprehensive national event strategy across in-person, virtual, and small-group formats
- Leads end-to-end event planning and execution, including logistics and post-event performance analysis
- Partners with sales and marketing leadership to support business development initiatives
- Collaborates cross-functionally to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Owns partner and sales team marketing asset development from concept through delivery
- Manages marketing asset delivery platforms and monitors asset usage and engagement data
- Recommends and evolves asset types and formats based on partner needs and performance data
- Works closely with creative teams to communicate direction and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Analyzes campaign and event performance to provide insights and recommendations
- Ensures all marketing activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
