Responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives that support B2B partner growth, brand visibility, and revenue generation through event execution, business development marketing support, and creative asset development in a regulated financial services environment.

Requirements

  • Develops and executes a comprehensive national event strategy across in-person, virtual, and small-group formats
  • Leads end-to-end event planning and execution, including logistics and post-event performance analysis
  • Partners with sales and marketing leadership to support business development initiatives
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Owns partner and sales team marketing asset development from concept through delivery
  • Manages marketing asset delivery platforms and monitors asset usage and engagement data
  • Recommends and evolves asset types and formats based on partner needs and performance data
  • Works closely with creative teams to communicate direction and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Analyzes campaign and event performance to provide insights and recommendations
  • Ensures all marketing activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
