The Financial Times is seeking a highly organized and commercially astute Advertising Sales Operations & Revenue Management Specialist (APAC) to join their Advertising team based in Tokyo. The role will act as the regional hub for advertising operations across the Asia-Pacific region, requiring strong business-level English, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and a deep understanding of advertising booking and billing workflows.

Requirements

  • validated experience in advertising sales operations, media operations or related commercial roles
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal coordination required)
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of advertising booking and billing workflows
  • Ability to handle multiple partners across markets and time zones
  • Excellent attention to detail and commercial judgement
  • Proactive, dedicated to finding effective approaches
