Learning & Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a Manager on the Findhelp Learning & Enablement (L&E) team, you’ll be responsible for designing, leading, and scaling customer education programs to drive product adoption, user success, and partner engagement. You’ll leverage your proven skills as a classroom instructor, instructional designer, and content creator to support a variety of learning needs for both internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will span from initial needs analysis to final training delivery and outcomes evaluation, with a focus on supporting Findhelp’s business goals. You’ll work closely with others on the L&E team to lead the creation of multi-format training content and build sustainable learning infrastructure.

This role will provide critical support to Findhelp’s users as they learn how to use our platform and/or new solutions that we’re offering. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Research & Development, and Marketing.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 5+ years related experience working in Learning and Development
• 5+ years of experience with designing, developing, and delivering various types of L&D or adult learning solutions for an organization and/or client base
• L&D professional skilled in instructional design principles and aware of current trends
• Experience with adult learning techniques and best practices
• Skilled in leveraging a variety of training methods and modalities
• Experienced in, or willing to learn, eLearning tools; Adobe Captivate preferred
• Strong project and program management capabilities
