Requirements
- A degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in systems design, game economy modeling, or data strategy
- A knack for working with large datasets and turning complexity into clarity
- Strong communication skills
- Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
