Senior Financial Analyst (Supply Chain Finance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Supply Chain function of a large-scale organization. The role involves financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, analyze financial and operational performance, and develop financial models to support Supply Chain initiatives. They will also lead monthly and quarterly financial close activities, monitor key cost drivers, and provide financial reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• CPA designation, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory management, or broader operations
• Strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation skills
• A solid understanding of operational cost drivers, capital planning, inventory productivity, and working capital management
• Experience providing guidance to colleagues or leading, coaching, and developing team members
