Finnair is seeking a Head of Inflight Customer Experience to set the strategic direction for its inflight customer experience, ensuring it reflects the brand, meets customer expectations, and supports business ambitions. The successful candidate will lead the definition and development of inflight customer experience, collaborate with various teams, and manage budget and vendor partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in aviation industry
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- 5–7 years of experience in concept development, customer experience or business development
- Proven leadership in cross‐organizational setting
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent collaboration, presentation and communication skills in English
- Fluency in Finnish is seen as a minor advantage
