Head of New Product Operations

First Circle is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the Philippines, providing financial services to under-served SMEs. We’re hiring a Head of New Product Operations to lead operations for our new products, including employee salary loans and credit cards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field
• 5-10 years experience in operations or consulting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python)
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
