Head of New Product Operations

We’re looking for a Head of New Product Operations to lead operations for our new products, including employee salary loans and credit cards. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and analytical skills, is a proven operator, and knows how to build and manage a team of exceptional talent.

Requirements

• High degree of exposure to leadership, reporting directly to the Vice President of Ops
• Lead operations for new products, including employee salary loans and credit cards
• Work closely with tech and product teams, and with all other teams who can be part of what it takes to grow the products
• Define the processes and systems that allow us to operate the product, automating as much as possible
• Establish strategy to distribute the products, working closely with our existing sales force
• Build and shape a team of excellent operators, taking on more responsibility and a broader portfolio of products
