Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team. Sales Operations is the team that supports our ~200 person sales division, helping them to be more efficient and to operate as smoothly as possible.

What You Will Do

Reporting on sales team performance, conducting ad hoc analysis and investigations, designing new solutions to problems, refining existing processes, and executing recurring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field
• 4+ years of work experience in an operations or an analytics role (ideally in a finance, fintech, or tech environment and/or in a sales operations team)
• Strong Analytical & Technical Skills: Proven problem-solving ability with experience in data analysis and tools such as SQL.
