Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – São Paulo (Contract)

First Help Financial is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join its highly skilled and innovative team. The role will involve acting as a primary finance business partner to multiple business units, supporting annual budgeting, and preparing financial reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas).
• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
