Senior Communications Manager

Seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager to drive corporate communications strategies, cultivate associate engagement, and reinforce our commitment to exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• Develops an understanding of company goals and departmental goals and initiatives.
• Develops and writes high quality company newsletters, leadership communications, presentations, and Intranet copywriting and editing.
• Manage and track budget items.
• Develops content and directs creative execution to provide consistent, concise and impactful messages.
• Monitor the progress of various communications strategies while tracking KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with associates across different departments to gather feedback, understand priorities and ensure communications meet stakeholder needs.
• Proven experience (7-10+ years) of communications experience—ideally within the financial services, banking or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize content and align communications initiatives with business objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders at all levels and provide strategic counsel to senior executives.
• A team player with a natural desire to strive for excellence.
