Associate Advanced, Product Operations

Role Overview

The Associate Advanced, Product Operations will play a key role in supporting daily card production operations while serving as a trusted resource for associates and shift leadership. This role combines hands-on production responsibilities with leadership support activities including training, testing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Operate production equipment, inserters, printers, sorters, and related production systems to meet daily output targets. Support shift management by serving as a lead resource for production associates during daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, operations, or processing environment
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of procedures and processes
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials and perform repetitive tasks as required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed to support business requirements
