Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Banking and Capital Markets Professional Services business. You will drive financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives that help leaders make informed decisions.

Partner with business leaders and initiative owners to support strategic programs and drive financial performance. Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models used for forecasting, planning, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and GAAP principles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
