Requirements
- Lead and coach a small team of Paid Social, SEM and Programmatic specialists
- Develop and activate retargeting and customer journey optimisation approaches
- Manage key platform partnerships (e.g., Google, Meta)
- Own and evolve the marketing tech stack and champion automation/AI
