Customer Experience Manager

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a WOW experience for customers, leading front-end operations, and maintaining store cleanliness. They also perform store manager duties in the absence of the store manager and partner with the store leadership team.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include training crew members on customer service, leading the store to achieve customer service score goals, and maintaining store cleanliness. The manager will also perform store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms.

Requirements
