Part-time Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Part-time Sales Lead ensures all crew members are providing excellent customer service, trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and oversees the daily activities of all store associates. They also assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

What You Will Do

The Part-time Sales Lead will train associates, help them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures, and drive store sales and controls expenses. They will also perform store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
