Sales Lead Part-time

Role Overview

As a Sales Lead at Five Below, you will be responsible for ensuring all crew members are providing excellent customer service, training the crew on customer service experience, and overseeing the daily activities of all store associates. You will also assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock, act as Manager on Duty when needed, and support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include driving store sales, controlling expenses, and performing store maintenance. You will also partner with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
