Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Sales Lead ensures all crew members are providing excellent customer service, trains the crew on customer service, and oversees the daily activities of all store associates. They also assist with receiving and organizing new stock, act as Manager on Duty, and manage the process of opening or closing the store.

What You Will Do

The Sales Lead will ensure a fast, friendly check out experience for customers, train associates on store policies and product knowledge, and drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
