Flagright is hiring a Business Development Representative in Texas to help scale its presence across North America. The role involves generating outbound pipeline opportunities, identifying and engaging decision-makers, and building relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a BDR or in a similar sales role
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking or regtech is highly preferred
- Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting and is not afraid of rejection
- Able to research accounts deeply and craft personalized, relevant outreach
- Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline, CRM hygiene, and follow-ups
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with shifting priorities
- Able to learn quickly and articulate complex products
- Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Based in Texas
