Flagright is hiring a Head of Sales (North America) to lead and scale Flagright’s presence across North America. The role requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with experience selling to enterprise customers, ideally in fintech, compliance technology, fraud prevention, or data infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing sales team to win complex enterprise deals and drive revenue growth in the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years of experience building and leading sales teams
- Mandatory experience selling to enterprise customers
- Strong ownership mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Ability to coach and develop sales talent
- Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Based in Salt Lake City with right to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
