Senior Business Development Representative – Salt Lake City

Flagright is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative in Salt Lake City to help scale its presence across North America. The role involves generating outbound pipeline opportunities, identifying and engaging decision-makers at fintechs and banks, and building pipeline proactively. Travel is required up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS BDR experience
  • Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure
  • Strong communicator
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
  • Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline, CRM hygiene, and follow-ups
  • Able to research accounts deeply and craft personalized, relevant outreach
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
