Role Overview
Lead a team of Business Development Managers to identify potential customers, contact them by phone, and book qualified appointments for the sales team. Work closely with existing team leads and the Head of Business Development & Lead Generation to develop performance, team culture, and acquisition processes.

Manage team performance, develop acquisition and appointment processes, implement outreach strategies, and promote a performance-oriented team culture.
