Join our dynamic in-house digital and marketing team as Digital Marketing Lead, developing and leading paid media strategy and collaborating with external agencies to drive performance optimization and innovation.

Requirements

  • Increasing engagement and revenue across digital platforms and buying group partner
  • Developing and leading paid media strategy across search, display, and emerging digital channels
  • Partnering closely with external agencies and partners to drive performance optimization, innovation, and best-practice media execution
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns aligned with go-to-market strategy and key commercial priorities
  • Collaborating with partner organizations and buying groups to identify and improve marketing initiatives that increase engagement, awareness, and commercial impact
  • Converting marketing performance data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations to support category and campaign growth
  • Identifying category growth opportunities through digital demand signals, audience insights, and media performance analysis
