Role Overview

As a Trade Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Account Managers across the Bay of Plenty, lifting service standards, driving sales performance, and building a culture that nails the basics. This role involves hands-on trade customer engagement and trade sales leadership focused on driving improvements, solving real business challenges, and winning new business.

What You Will Do

Attend industry events, connect with trade customers, and uncover new business development opportunities. Coach and develop your team to hit sales targets and maximise revenue. Shape sales strategies, execute initiatives, and refine how you work.
