Financial Controller – FP&A

Role Overview

Join Flix’s HQ Controlling Department as a Financial Controller to support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team with financial planning and performance reporting activities.

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans for the Flix Group, analyze financial statements, and prepare board/investor presentations.

Ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning, or Financial Analysis, with strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and experience in management reporting, performance analysis, cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning, or Financial Analysis
• Financial advisory (Big Four) experience combined with controlling/planning exposure or experience within the HQ controlling/accounting function of a multinational firm is a strong asset
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
• Good understanding of Finance systems, ERP solutions, and BI architectures, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and drive data-based decision-making
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
