As a Government Affairs & Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will lead market expansion by securing access to critical infrastructure, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving operational success in a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with government entities
- Demonstrated success in securing agreements with government agencies or private stakeholders to support business growth
- 1–2 years of project management experience with strong knowledge of transportation regulations and public transit systems
- Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and analyzing policies to identify risks and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior officials and business leaders
- Familiarity with real estate transactions, land-use planning, commercial leasing, and infrastructure development; willing to travel as needed
